The Element combines seasoned musicianship with a youthful attitude. Providing a fun, passionate, energetic, danceable and highly musical show is job one for this band of professionals. They play the big hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s and today with a delightful twist of their own personalities. Amanda Dieck, the lead vocalist, brings to the stage show a fervent love of singing backed by fifteen years of professional experience and disciplined operatic training. She revels in fun wigs and costumes and draws upon her operatic and theatrical stage experience to help bring the crowd to the dance floor. Her soulful interpretations will lead you to hunger for more. Lead guitarist, Ray Buyco, rips up the stage with passionate solos and smooth vocal stylings. Having worked as a guitarist for nearly 20 years with musical experiences ranging from playing blues to pop, Ray’s guitar solos combine American classic soul and modern musical sensibilities while his rhythm is as funky as it gets. Tim Allen, bass and vocals, has been a staple in the Bay Area music scene for over 20 years. He plays steady and rhythmic bass lines that will compel you to dance. His irresistible charm, strong backup vocals, and funky beat will have you mesmerized. Randy Hayes, the drummer, leads the bands momentum with his solid rhythm and contagious groove. A veteran of the national blues and R&B scene, Randy has toured with the likes of Coco Montoya and Chris Cain, among others. The combination of his beats and voice will make your "Milkshake" shake! “The Element” is committed to providing excellent and fun music. They are ready to perform a range of venues including large public events, weddings, private parties and dance clubs. Need a band? Pick up the phone The Element will be happy to serve. |
